Privacy policy

This policy explains what information this website (lefan.app) collects when you visit it or contact us through it, and what we do with it. Lefan is run by SoaringLeads ("we", "us").
It covers this website only. Lefan's secure payment page, where customers of businesses using Lefan pay by card, and the Lefan service itself have their own privacy terms.
What we collect
- What you send us through the contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the country where your business banks, what you're interested in, and your message. Only your name, email address and message are required.
- What you send us by email or WhatsApp: your message and the contact details that come with it.
- Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't tell us who you are.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies and has no advertising or tracking scripts. The spam check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots; it doesn't track you across websites.
How we use it
- to reply to you and answer your questions;
- to help you get started with Lefan, if you decide to;
- to keep the website and the contact form safe from spam and abuse;
- to understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that run this website for us, and only for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website, delivers contact form messages to our inbox, runs the spam check and counts visits;
- our email provider, which stores the messages we receive;
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there, under WhatsApp's own terms.
These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. We'll also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. If you become a Lefan customer, we keep them for as long as we work together. Enquiries that don't lead to working together are deleted within two years.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. Emailonboarding@lefan.app and we'll do it promptly.
Children
This website is for businesses. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information about them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
